HOW TO ENTER: New subscribers are automatically entered for a chance to win by subscribing to receive emails from AFTCO. Follow directions to subscribe to the e-mail list. Entrants will be enrolled to receive the AFTCO e-mail newsletter(s). Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person using one or more e-mail accounts will not be accepted. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account which may be identified by reverse domain name search. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent. The Cold Weather Giveaway will run from 10/2/2020 until management chooses to end the promotion. Notice will not be given as to the end of the promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: The Cold Weather Giveaway is open to individual legal residents of the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Cold Weather Giveaway is not open to employees or to immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of employees of Sponsor (as “Sponsor” is defined below), or its affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies. Offer void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
PRIZE DRAWING: Winner will be determined by a selection process from all eligible entries, to be held at AFTCO headquarters at the end of the Cold Weather Giveaway promotion period. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 21 days of drawing. To claim prize, winner should follow the instructions contained in his or her notification.
PRIZE: One winner will receive one (1) AFTCO clothing package valued at $1,000+. Winner will reply to notification email to claim prize. Winner notification returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 10 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries. Prize is not transferable, and is not eligible for the AFTCO refund, and may not be used with any other promotional discount. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Cold Weather Giveaway, you release AFTCO, participating sponsors, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with the Giveaway, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Cold Weather Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. AFTCO reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Cold Weather Giveaway or any entrant's participation in the Cold Weather Giveaway should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Cold Weather Giveaway, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Cold Weather Giveaway as planned, in which event all prizes will be awarded via a selection process from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Cold Weather Giveaway, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Cold Weather Giveaway, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Cold Weather Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified, or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Cold Weather Giveaway.
