Not for inshore fishing
Catalogue touts dexterity and even tying knots. These are very stiff and thick, couldn't tie knot in rope let alone heavy leader line. Will give to wife for wet, cold winter Carolina outdoor work gloves- they do run small so probably best to get next size up for offshore use. The only product that I ever didn't like from the great AFTCO folks.

Bought these at the start of the tournament season to protect my hands during weigh-ins, Bass have that spine that always gets you in the hand during the weigh in process. After numerous events and hundreds of fish at the scale these gloves were a life saver. no smell, rips, tears, nothing they have performed better than expected.
