AFTCO fish fillet knives are built in collaboration with Böker Germany to deliver premium blade options for gamefish processing of all sizes. The range features 4116 stainless steel blades with full tang construction and an upswept design. The premium Böker blades are easily distinguished with a gold Titanium Nitride finish that is bonded, ensuring durable corrosion resistance. A 56-58 Rockwell hardness and sub-zero quench process helps maintain blade sharpness and edge retention. The handle features a molded slip-free polypropylene / TPR surface that is both anatomically and ergonomically correct for optimum in-hand feel. From walleye to wahoo, AFTCO fillet knives are the right tools to get the job done.

- Blade length varies by knife model. Handle length is 5.25". The 12" fillet knife handle is slightly longer, measuring 5.44".

Wow! Redfish didn’t stand a chance
I was skeptical for the money but the 10” made easy work of redfish. Easy day. Plus the samurai sun shirt was light weight and protected the kids with ease!

Excellent blades. Handle is comfortable and grip-able dry or wet. Nice flexibility and holds a sharp edge .. highly recommended for the arsenal!
fillet knives
I ordered two fillet knives , 8’’ and 10” order #544702. They arrived OK but there was no scabbard for the 10” knife. Please send me a scabbard for a 10” fillet knife. Thanking you in advance. Delbert Bassett

An excellent fillet knife
I have cleaned many fish with this knife - Red Drum, Flounder, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Kingfish, Grouper. It has a keen edge and a solid grip that makes the process much easier and faster than other fillet knives I have owned in the past.
